What forms of payment do you accept?
There are two types of remittance that we currently accept. Bank remittance into our Hong Kong bank account or through Paypal for our credit card users.
For those who wish to pay through bank account remittance, once you check out, you will receive the details of our bank account. Please note that your items will be kept on hold for 5 calendar days and will be shipped provided that we are able to confirm your remittance into our account within the 5 calendar days. Once you make your payment, please make sure to email us with the details (including reference number) so we are able to look out for your payment. If a payment is not remitted within 5 days, the products on hold will be automatically released back for other customers to be able to purchase. Any transfer fees will be the responsibility of the cutomer.
For those who select paypal, you will be able to pay using your credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, giropay etc). You will not have to have an account with paypal in order to pay either. For more information on paypal, please click here.
Will I be charged sales tax upon check out?
No, you will not be charged for sale tax upon check out. However, you will be charged (in addition to the merchandise items), shipping and insurance fee. If you do decided to select on gift wrapping service, you will also be charged for this.
Please however note that those ordering from outside of Hong Kong may be charged with additional duties such as import tax based on your local laws and regulation. As you will be the importer, please note that you will be responsible for any additional items and we will not be reimbursing for these purchased items.
I have gone into each of the product page, but would like further information on the product. How can I find out more about it?

What if the size or color I am looking for is not available, could I still receive it?
While we can not guarantee, if you are willing to wait some time, there may be some items that we may be able to receive. Please send an email to us at email@example.com if you have any items you would be interested in ordering and waiting (waiting period can be confirmed at a later date). We can not guarantee, but certainly can try!
How can I tell the sizing of the items?
We try to provide the description on each of the product page. Most of our sizing will be in centimeters (and we will indicate it). If you would like to know what that would be in inches, please note 1 inch-2.54 centimeters(cm).
For most of the Japanese designers, the sizing is based on the height of the child which will be provided in centimeters. However, given this may be insufficient, we will try to provide you with additional measurement information. In the event you have any questions around the measurements, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Delivery and Shipping:
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to over 100 countries. Please make sure to provide the details of your address in alphabet so we will be able to send the items and it reaches the destination.
Are we covered from an insurance perspective?
Yes. Both domestic and international shipping will be covered by an insurance provider. If you have received your items but are damaged, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of the shipment.
How will I know if my items have been shipped? Do you provide a tracking number?
We will send you an email once the items have been shipped. In this email, you will be provided with a tracking number.
How can I find out about my shipping cost?
You may simply add all the items you would like into your cart. When you look at your shopping cart contents, you will see an “estimate shipping” button. You may press this, select the location you will be shipping it to, and it will calculate your shipping. Please note that this does not include the insurance cost (which you will be able to see before making a payment during the check out process).
4. Return and Exchange Policy:
What happens once I finalize the payment? May I decide not to take them?
Once you have checked out and have paid for the items, you will not be able to cancel your order.
What happens if I receive my items and decide that I would like to return them?
Please note that we do our best to describe the items and the size in our product page. If you do not feel comfortable purchasing, please ask us the questions before you make your purchase as you will not be able to return them.
What if I have received a damaged product?
We check our items thoroughly before we send the merchandise. If you have indeed received a damaged product that may have been damaged during the shipping process, we will need to work with the insurer. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise through email and make sure to put the invoice number as well as the item number.
5. Gift Wrapping:
What is gift wrapping?
In the event you would like for your items to be gift wrapped, please tick on the box upon your check out. There will be a HKD50 charge on all gift wrapping.
How do you gift wrap?
We will be gift wrapping using our tissue paper, and will tie it with a big ribbon!
Can I include a card and a message if I am selecting a gift wrapping option?
Yes, you can either select to buy our cards (under the Stationery category) or have us write it on our customized Storytime message mini card. Whichever way, please make sure to put your message (To: XX, Message, From XX) so we are able to write this on your behalf.
6. Gift Registry:
How does this work?
For any special occasion (birthday, showers etc), you may register and have an account with us and keep a gift registered account.
Simply put in the items as your wish list for others to see by clicking on add to registry.
Once you have your wish list, you may let your family and friends (who wish to buy your little one a gift). They will be able to search for your list by clicking on “Find Gift Registry” at the top of our Homepage and will simply need to type in your first and last name. Then, your wish list will show, and they may put this in their cart (Please note that they will also need to register with us in order to purchase).

What benefits are there by joining the mailing list?
You will receive first hand information on our promotions such as sales, new items and brands.
