The shipping rate is calculated based on the weight of the product. You may be able to see the estimated shipping during your check out process (before you make a payment). Please do note that shipping does not include insurance fee which you will also be able to see before you check out. Our insurance is calculated based on the value of the items spent and not the weight. Please make sure to confirm the total amount during the check out process.
For international shippers, as mentioned in our Terms of Use, this amount does not include other duties that may be specific to your country such as any required import or custom duty. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional cost as the importer.
In relation to returns, please note that we will only accept returns of damaged products, or if we had sent you the wrong item (ex. Size). We do our best to describe our products on our website, however, if you have any questions around the product, please make sure to email us before your purchase. There are certain conditions that must be met for us to accept the returned damaged items and would like to ask you to thoroughly read this in our Terms of Use located at the bottom of our homepage.
